This Workshop, presented by MacRoberts LLP, will offer practical help in dealing with this complex area of law and will cover:
- Recent developments brought about by the European Court of Justice's decisions in Stringer & Pereda affecting accrued holidays after sickness absence
- The practical issues that arise in applying those decisions
- Changes to holiday entitlement after maternity leave and paternity leave
- Case studies where you will have the chance to work through common scenarios for dealing with leave that accrues during sickness and maternity absence
