The aims of this forum are for schools to hear directly from SQA the plans for developing new qualificationsand to share their wide range of approaches to Curriculum for Excellence.
The morning session will feature Roderic Gillespie from SQA, who will explain how the new qualifications and the assessment of Literacy and Numeracy will be developed, and will encourage schools to become involved in their development. There will be presentations from 3 schools, and it is hoped that by the end of the forum, there may be an indication of what further CfE CPD schools may be looking for later in the session.
