This interactive seminar will be led by Eilish Garland, an experienced Mediator and Counsellor with Edinburgh City Council and co-author of the SCIS Guidelines on Complaints.
Topics to be covered will include conflict resolution and effective complaints handling. There will be reference to case studies, and it would be helpful if delegates were prepared to share their own "case studies" with others at the seminar.
This course would be suitable for both guidance staff and for senior managers. Places are limited to a maximum of 18, and so early registration is strongly recommended.
