The main item at this year's Conference will be a political forum on the future of English teaching in Scotland, to be chaired by Brian Taylor, BBC Scotland.
Speakers: Dr Alasdair Allan, Minister for Learning, Science & Scotland's Languages
Liz Smith (Conservative spokesperson on Education)
Other speakers will be Christopher Brookmyre, and Dr Hazel Hutchison, University of Aberdeen

Non SCIS Members - £110
School transport can be arranged for those going by train.
