Day 1 of this 3-day course covering self-evaluation and managing people.

10.00 - 3.30 (9.30 a.m . coffee and registration)

 Cost per day per delegate : £ 110

This course will be led by current SCIS Leaders and lead by the highly acclaimed presenters, Rob Bellis and Kevin Clancy. Topics will include:

Managing People
Preparing for Promotion/interviews
Professional Review
Considering Theory
Reflecting on Current Views of Leadership

Delegates will be expected to attend all three days of the course.

Days 2 and 3 will be:

Wednesday 1 February 2012 and Tuesday 8 May 2012

 You will automatically be registered for the whole 3-day course.
