Day 1 of this 3-day course covering self-evaluation and managing people.
10.00 - 15.30 (9.30 a.m . coffee and registration)
Estimated Cost per delegate : £95
This course will be led by current SCIS Heads and leading trainers in this field. In line with the national framework, "CPD for Educational Leaders", it will cover four broad areas over three days:-
- Managing Staff
- Managing Resources
- Managing Finance
- Managing Leading and Teaching
Delegates will be expected to attend all three days of the course.
