Kelvinside Academy is an independent, HMC co-educational day school of some 600 pupils aged 3-18 in the west end of Glasgow.
We seek a well qualified and enthusiastic teacher of Geography to teach up to Advanced Higher level. The post will suit either a newly qualified teacher or a more experienced person. The ability to offer a second subject is an advantage. Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school is essential.
The school aims to bring out the best in every pupil, combining high standards of teaching and a superb extra-curricular programme within an inclusive and caring ethos. Sport, outdoor pursuits, music, drama and art flourish, together with a range of clubs and societies. There is strong participation in the Cadet Forces and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.
