Cancellation and refund policy
- Cancellations must be advised in writing/email 6 days prior to the event.
- We welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost.
- A refund will not be granted if a registrant fails to attend or cancels within 6 days prior to the event.
- For residential courses cancellation must be advised 28 days prior to the event.
This annual conference will provide the opportunity for important updates and discussion. All staff involved in providing advice and support to senior pupils in preparing for the next stage and putting together applications for higher education are warmly invited to attend.
The day will be comprised of a number of elements:

The Glasgow School of Art; and
The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland
Careers in Change
This session will be led by The Scottish Change Community, a recently formed entity who strive to provide careers and professional support relating to the Change profession across various sectors.
Janet Onyia, Project Manager and Bill Buchan, Director will provide an insight into opportunities for young people.
Developing the Young Workforce
Colleagues from Outward Bound will share learning from their DYW work, linking also to the UCAS personal statements from our Skills for Life Award, and highlighting the opportunity of their Loch Eil taster course too.
2018 is the Year iof the Young People and we are delighted that Trish Campbell from TEDxGlasgow will provide an insight into the opportunities for school pupils to become involved and enhance their skills in a range of areas.More information about the Glasgow Youth Event can be found here - http://www.tedxglasgow.com/youth/
