a 1 + 2 Approach
SCIS Cluster Meeting
Following on from a first successful meeting, this is a further opportunity to get together for an open discussion and to share ideas, resources and practice on the teaching of any and all modern languages from Primary 1 to Primary 7. There will be a short introduction from Christian Baert outlining current practice within George Watson’s Junior School, an opportunity to share experiences in an 8/10 minute slot, and a presentation from LFEE Europe on good and innovative practice in embedding the target language across the curriculum.
This meeting is open to those who are involved in the teaching of a Modern Foreign Language at all levels within a Junior School context.
The session will provide an excellent opportunity for networking and on-going support/collaboration.
Lunch will be provided.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis (maximum 2 colleagues per school). Please register as soon as possible and by Friday 8th September at the latest.
