Need for unity on curriculum

The Scottish Government announces that the need for unity on Curriculum for Excellence to help make sure it delivers for pupils has been underlined by Education Secretary Michael Russell.
Mr Russell has also backed teachers' ability to deliver the real changes needed and the higher standards required in Scottish classrooms, as he gave evidence to the Parliament's Education Committee.
