Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA)
Friday 19 June 2009
SQA is undertaking a wide-ranging review of the costs and benefits of the examination appeals system in Scotland in both resource and educational terms - in order to inform future policy decisions.
They have commissioned E3Net and Inspire Scotland to capture the views, experience and expectations of a wide range of stakeholders on the current appeals system and possible alternatives.
The researchers have already started a programme of interviews and focus groups relating to this commission and a significant part of the work will be completed during June 2009.
If you would like to participate in the research visit the SQA website and complete the online survey questionnaire that has been developed as part of the research programme.
