Required for late August 2019

Merchiston seeks two extremely professional individuals to provide exceptional levels of customer care on our main Reception desk.

The successful candidates will be front of house and pivotal in providing an excellent level of service for all visitors to the School and will be responsible for handling all enquiries promptly and professionally. Candidates must be comfortable in a front-facing customer role, have an extremely professional telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills.

One role is full-time Monday to Friday all year round. The other role is part-time, working every Saturday morning within term-time (c.26 Saturdays per year).
