Vacancy Description / Summary

(Part-Time/0.3FTE or 0.5FTE - depending on candidate experience)

Temporary post, from 8th January- 30th June 2021

We are looking for a forward thinking and innovative teacher to join us in encouraging our pupils to be themselves in an environment expressly designed for girls. The successful candidate should be an enthusiastic individual who will help in the continuing development of English throughout the school, and will relish being part of a co-operative, supportive and forward-looking community.

The 0.3FTE post would involve teaching BGE students.
The 0.5FTE post would involve teaching BGE and GCSE students.

Interested applicants should also demonstrate a firm commitment to their subject, and to teaching as a profession, as the department aims to teach all students at a level appropriate to their abilities and to enable each student to realise her full potential.

Applications are welcome from teachers with relevant experience and appropriate qualifications, and who will be GTCS registered before taking up post.

The School also has a vacant 0.5FTE Teacher of Support for Learning post which can be applied for in addition to this post if a candidate holds the relevant qualification and GTCS registration in this subject.
