Vacancy Description / Summary

We are seeking a passionate, caring Nursery Manager who has over 2/3 years’ experience in this capacity, or an experienced Deputy Manager looking for a career step into higher Management.

The successful candidate must be enthusiastic with a positive attitude, possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and have the ability to build strong supportive relationships with children, parents, staff and other professionals. A proven track record in leadership along with dedication and drive are required along with a minimum qualification of an SVQ 3/4 in Childcare or equivalent. The candidate will be required to work towards PDA Level 9 or BA in Childhood Practice.
