Event Description

Exam stress is a common disruptor of students' equilibrium.

Join this session to explore how support, preparation, and motivation can significantly impact students' ability to handle these challenges. We will discuss strategies to assist students in managing stress, navigating uncertainty, and finding balance amidst academic pressures.

We welcome Kirsten Colquhoun an experienced education consultant, author, and Pastoral Lead based in Scotland. With over 15 years working in schools, she is dedicated to helping educators create positive, inclusive, and impactful learning environments. Her work is rooted in both research and practice, and she regularly shares her insights at educational conferences and through consultancy.
