Event Description

All colleagues who have responsibility for health and safety are warmly invited to attend the SCIS Health & Safety Masterclass

The session will cover the following key areas:

  • Asbestos management
  • Fire safety management
  • Introduction to ‘Martyn’s Law’ (‘Martyn’s Law’ - what you need to know) delivered by a subject specialist

Encouraging open discussion throughout, there will also be an opportunity for Q&A. .

We are delighted to welcome back Gary Foggo, Director of Health & Safety Services at Navigator, to deliver this session. Gary has conducted health & safety audits at more independent schools in Scotland than any other practitioner (18 at last count!). He has regularly written and delivered sessions for SCIS and ISBA over the last eight years (including the SCIS H&S Masterclass for the last five years).
