Event Description

We are delighted to welcome Martin Tyson, Head of Improvements and Regulation and Claire Morrison, Accounts and Annual Return Manager at OSCR to present an update, and take questions to help ensure our schools continue to provide meaningful benefit.

A decade on from the Scottish charity regular OSCR publishing guidance on meeting the charity test a great deal has changed for our schools. Despite the financial challenges facing the sector, it is vital schools continue to meet their public benefit obligations. In the post pandemic online era the opportunities to provide public benefit are more varied. However, bursaries remain an important part of demonstrating the benefit you provide.

**The session will be held virtually via MS Team. A joining link will be sent 24 hours in advance.**
