  • We welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost.

We are delighted to welcome Tom Bennett, Department for Education behaviour advisor and founder of researchED, to discusses the habits and strategies of the most successful classroom practitioners. 

During this live session Tom will discuss:

  • Psychology of behaviour in groups
  • Ways to influence behaviour
  • Teaching- not telling- children how to behave
  • Building habits
  • Creating routines
  • The importance of positive cultural norms
  • Effective consequence systems
  • Maintaining consistency
