Event Description

All teachers are warmly invited to join this practical and insightful session exploring staff wellbeing and its impact on whole‑school culture and outcomes.

We’ll look at the key organisational and individual factors that shape staff wellbeing, and how these influence professional culture, retention, and the wider pupil experience.

The session will also share realistic, sustainable strategies that schools can implement to better support their teams, strengthen community, and foster a positive, healthy working environment for all.
