- We welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost.
- Cancellations for residential courses must be advised 6 weeks prior to the event.
Event Description
All Teachers are warmly invited to attend this session.
This session will explore the link between staff wellbeing and whole-school outcomes.
We will identify key internal factors and person-specific issues that can affect wellbeing, and reflect on how these influence professional culture, retention, and pupil success.
We will also consider practical, sustainable solutions that schools can implement to better support their staff and strengthen their community.
