Event Description

This session will cover various aspects of complaints handling, including the impact of AI on complaints, good-decision making, and how to achieve the best outcomes for schools and pupils. We will also look at how best to handle difficult conversations in practice including strategies to deescalate and refocus the conversation.

We are particularly grateful to Catriona Ramsay, Senior Client Relationship Manager and the team at Brodies LLP Solicitors for supporting us with this event.  Catriona and members of the Brodies Learning & Development team as well as the Registrar of Independent Schools will present at this complimentary event.
