Event Description
We are delighted to host our annual Junior School Heads residential conference at Crieff Hydro.
This two-day event offers an opportunity to hear from expert speakers, explore key issues affecting junior schools, and connect with colleagues from across the sector.
Speakers include:
- Danielle Lewis-Egonu, keynote speaker, presenting Combining Intellectual Rigour and Authenticity.
- Aurelie Norman, discussing how schools can support families of neurodivergent children, particularly those displaying PDA and dysregulated behaviours.
- Jamie Lumley, Psychotherapist, exploring the importance of maintaining personal wellbeing in school leadership roles.
- Sarah Gilzean, Morton Fraser MacRoberts, providing practical guidance on the legal framework relating to neurodivergent young people, reasonable adjustments, complaints handling and accessibility requirements.
- Lorraine Davidson, CEO, SCIS, sharing a sector update on current developments affecting independent schools.
The conference also includes opportunities for discussion, networking and sharing practice with fellow headteachers, alongside the annual IAPS & District Meetings and conference dinner.
