School Description

Hamilton College is an independent, non-denominational Christian school for children and young people aged 2–18, set within 17 acres in the Clyde Valley in Lanarkshire.

At Hamilton College, education is about more than what pupils achieve. It is about the people they become.

From Nursery through Junior and Senior School, pupils are known as individuals and encouraged to discover their strengths, develop confidence, and make the most of the opportunities around them. Small classes, strong relationships with teachers and specialist teaching from an early age create an environment where pupils are supported and challenged to achieve their best.

Learning extends well beyond the classroom. Pupils have opportunities to perform, compete, lead, travel, represent their school and try something new. A strong programme of sport, expressive arts, clubs, trips and wider activities allows young people to develop interests and talents while building the confidence to step forward, contribute and take responsibility.
